TRIBE started the way most good things do, a handful of operators who'd exited companies, realized they missed the one thing that actually helped, and decided to build it on purpose: a real room of peers, plus the experts they wished they'd had on speed dial.
Most founders are surrounded by people who depend on them and almost no one who can challenge them. Masterminds felt transactional. Big networking groups turned into a pitch-fest. What was missing was simple: a small group of people at your level, a bench of experts who give before they ask, and enough real-life time together that the trust is genuine.
So we built it, and made one rule non-negotiable from day one: no pitching, ever. That single rule is why people stay open, and why the advice is worth showing up for.

Trenton and Jason run TRIBE day to day, and they're joined by operators who've built and exited real companies:

Help before you ask. Share what worked and what didn't.
We talk about the hard stuff, not the highlight reel.
No pitching, ever. It's why people stay open.
Presence is the whole point. Your group counts on you.
You get out what you put in.
Stay curious and stay coachable.
If the rules above sound like your kind of room, we'd love to meet you.
